Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Consent and Operator

By selecting the separate checkbox and successfully submitting a form on inwiseai.ru, the individual acts freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest and consents to processing by:

2. Data covered

• name;
• company and position, if provided;
• phone number or username in Telegram or another agreed messenger;
• email address;
• task description, enquiry content, and business correspondence;
• technical submission data, such as date, time, IP address, browser, page, and referral source, if recorded by the system.

Do not submit special-category or biometric data, or third-party data without a lawful basis.

3. Purposes

• receive, register, and review the enquiry;
• contact the individual through the selected channel;
• understand requirements and prepare a personalised INWISE AI demonstration;
• prepare a commercial proposal and take requested pre-contract steps;
• record the consent and protect the rights of the Operator and the individual.

This consent does not authorise publication, disclosure to an unlimited audience, or marketing. Separate prior consent will be requested if marketing communications are introduced.

4. Operations and methods

The Operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, provide to authorised processors, restrict, delete, and destroy the data by automated, non-automated, or mixed means.

No solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made under this consent.

5. Processors

The Operator may engage IT infrastructure and Russian hosting providers, JSC amoCRM as the CRM provider used to register and process enquiries, business communication services, and technical support contractors. They receive only the data needed for the relevant purpose and must comply with contractual confidentiality and security requirements.

6. Term

This consent is valid from the date it is given until the purposes are achieved, but for no longer than 12 months, unless a contract is entered into. After contracting, processing may continue under the contract and applicable law.

Evidence of consent may be retained for the period necessary to establish compliance and defend legal rights, within applicable limitation periods.

7. Withdrawal

1. Email alsab95@yandex.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent”.
2. State your name, the contact detail used, and enough information to identify the enquiry.
3. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within the statutory period unless another lawful basis requires or permits continued processing.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.

8. Electronic confirmation

Electronic consent is given only when both actions occur: the individual selects the separate checkbox linked to this document and successfully submits the form. The Operator may record the date, time, consent version, and technical data necessary to demonstrate consent.
