1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of inwiseai.ru, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Albert Renatovich Sabitov (the “Owner”). By continuing to use the website, the visitor agrees to these Terms.
This is a convenience translation. The Russian version is the official and governing text.
2. Informational nature
The website describes INWISE AI capabilities, potential use cases, and an illustrative implementation process. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed document, website content is not a public offer, guarantee of a particular result, or complete statement of commercial terms.
Pricing, scope, service levels, deadlines, integrations, infrastructure requirements, and other obligations are agreed individually in a contract or other signed document.
3. Acceptance does not create other consents
Acceptance of these Terms does not itself constitute consent to personal-data processing, marketing communications, or a contract for INWISE AI services. Personal-data consent is requested separately where needed.
4. Website functionality
The website may include product descriptions, animations, interactive examples, a demonstration chat, enquiry forms, and links to external communication services. Demo responses, sources, metrics, and scenarios are illustrative unless expressly identified as live production data.
5. Permitted use
Visitors may view and use the website for lawful informational and business evaluation purposes. Visitors must not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, inject malicious code, bypass restrictions, scrape the website in a way that degrades service, misrepresent the Owner, or use materials unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Website design, text, graphics, software, animations, trademarks, and other materials belong to the Owner or their respective rights holders. No licence is granted except the limited right to access and view the website for its intended purpose.
7. AI and demonstration limitations
AI output may depend on connected sources, configuration, access rights, context, and model behaviour. Demonstration content must not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Production requirements and quality criteria are agreed separately.
8. Availability and liability
The Owner takes reasonable steps to keep the website available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for losses caused solely by reliance on general informational or demonstration content, third-party failures, or unlawful visitor actions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. External resources
External links and user-selected communication services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Their presence does not imply responsibility for third-party content or availability.
10. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the separate Consent. Browser storage is covered by the Cookie and Browser Storage Policy.
11. Law, disputes, and contacts
Russian law applies. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions and a reasoned written claim. Send legal enquiries to alsab95@yandex.ru. A recommended response period is 30 calendar days unless the law requires another period.
