1. General provisions
This Policy is adopted by Individual Entrepreneur Albert Renatovich Sabitov (the “Operator”) under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. It applies to information received through inwiseai.ru, enquiries, and requests for an INWISE AI demonstration.
This English version is provided for convenience. The Russian version is the official text and prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
This Policy does not replace a separate INWISE AI service or implementation agreement. Personal data processed within a customer’s product instance is governed by the applicable contract, data processing instructions, and project documentation.
2. Data subjects and data categories
- Website visitors: IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and device information, referral source, security logs, and the browser-storage preference.
- People submitting an enquiry: name, company, job title if provided, phone number, messenger username, email address, enquiry content, and subsequent correspondence.
- Representatives of prospects, customers, or contractors: name, position, organisation, business contact details, authority information, and contractual correspondence.
The Operator does not request special-category or biometric data through the website. Please do not include such information or third-party data without a lawful basis.
3. Purposes, legal grounds, and retention

4. Processing procedures
Processing may be automated, non-automated, or mixed. It may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised processors, restriction, deletion, and destruction.
Processing stops when its purpose is achieved, consent expires or is validly withdrawn, a lawful request to stop processing is received, the relevant contract ends, or unlawful processing is identified. The Operator uses databases located in the Russian Federation for the primary collection and storage of Russian citizens’ personal data, except where the law provides otherwise.
7. Confidentiality and security
The Operator applies appropriate legal, organisational, and technical measures, including need-to-know access, protected communication channels, account controls, backups, logging, software updates, and supervision of authorised personnel.
Where a personal-data incident occurs, the Operator contains the incident, mitigates potential harm, and makes statutory notifications within the time limits required by Russian law.
8. Individual rights and requests
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction, or deletion of your data; withdraw consent; request processing to stop where legally available; and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.

- Provide your name, information confirming your relationship with the Operator, the substance of the request, and your preferred reply method. A representative must also provide evidence of authority.
- The Operator will respond within the statutory period and may request proportionate information needed to verify the applicant.
As a general rule, access information is provided within 10 business days, with a possible reasoned extension of up to 5 business days. Verified inaccurate data is corrected within 7 business days. Unlawful processing is stopped within 3 business days and, where it cannot be made lawful, the data is destroyed within 10 business days. Data is generally destroyed within 30 days after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn unless another legal ground applies.

Russian law applies. The Operator may update this Policy when the law, processing practices, or website functionality changes. A new version takes effect upon publication unless it states otherwise.
